Shipping, Returns & Claims Policy
Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the replacement cost.
To report an issue with your order, please submit a problem report.
Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final – We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where an item is misprinted, defective, or damaged.

Unclaimed Returns – If a return is sent to our manufacturer’s default address and remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require reshipment at your expense.
Returns by Customer
Customers should contact us before returning any products. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you choose to offer exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
Special Conditions for Customers in Brazil
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided they submit a photo of the item. The request will be reviewed, and if the product is found to have been used or damaged (even partially), a refund will not be issued.
EU Consumer Notice
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
